Community guidelines

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile, post, comment, or upload media. Do not post images or videos of children or content that appears to identify a minor. The beta is not designed for youth accounts.

2. Encourage without comparing

• Share your own progress honestly and label estimates as estimates.
• Respect different bodies, abilities, experience levels, and beliefs.
• Keep feedback constructive; no shaming, harassment, dogpiling, or unwanted sexual comments.
• Self-reported check-ins and stats are not independently verified.

3. Content that is not allowed

• Nudity, sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, or intimate imagery.
• Hate, threats, bullying, stalking, doxxing, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
• Dangerous fitness challenges, instructions to misuse drugs, or claims that replace medical care.
• Competition rules that reward training through sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, technique breakdown, repeated maximum attempts, dehydration, punishment exercise, or intentional under-recovery.
• Spam, scams, impersonation, unauthorized ads, malicious links, or attempts to manipulate rankings.
• Copyright-infringing uploads, including video or audio you do not have permission to share.
• Medical records, addresses, access credentials, or other highly sensitive personal information.

4. Photos, short videos, reports, and blocking

One JPEG, PNG, or still WebP up to 5 MB may be attached to a post or story. Approved short-video beta accounts may instead attach one technically validated H.264 MP4 up to 25 MB. Photos publish immediately after automated file checks. Still-image containers are rebuilt to remove common metadata, but you should still avoid uploading identifiable documents, house numbers, badges, or precise location clues. Short-video support is a limited beta and does not replace human judgment or a managed video scanning/transcoding service. Video upload controls remain unavailable unless the signed-in account is explicitly approved through server-side beta configuration.

Use Report on a post, story, individual comment, member profile, or Grace Arena competition that may violate these rules, and Block when you do not want further interaction with a member. Blocking is private and filters each member from the other's signed-in Grace Circle feeds, stories, and interactions. It does not erase existing content or make a public profile URL private. A report is a private request for human review, not proof of wrongdoing; raw report volume never removes content or punishes an account automatically. Profile reports preserve a limited evidence snapshot of the profile text visible when the report was submitted.

Corey or an authorized moderator may keep or remove content, restore it, temporarily suspend an account for 24 hours, seven days, or 30 days, ban an account, or restore access. Repeated reports that a moderator determines were knowingly abusive may temporarily restrict the reporter's ability to submit more reports. A dismissed report is not automatically treated as abuse.

Stories expire after 24 hours but remain subject to the same rules while visible. Story reactions and unique-member view counts are for encouragement, not popularity contests, and may not be manipulated.

A video may include an optional Spotify track or playlist link. It plays in a separate Spotify player only after a visitor taps it; it is not copied into or synchronized with the video. Do not claim that an attached song is your own, and do not upload a video containing music unless you have the rights needed to share that video and its existing audio.

5. Personalize without impersonating

Controlled profile themes, accents, status messages, favorite verses, Top 3 handles, Spotify playlists, and approved SiriusXM station picks can express who you are. Do not use them to impersonate another person, imply an official role, target someone, or share private contact, location, or third-party account information. Custom scripts, unsafe HTML, and autoplay are not supported.

6. Fitness safety

Community posts are personal experiences, not professional medical advice. Stop an activity that causes alarming symptoms and seek appropriate medical care. Never pressure someone to train through pain or ignore a clinician’s restrictions.
