Terms of use

Eligibility and access

You must be 18 or older and use your own authorized sign-in. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or ended while the beta is tested. Do not probe, bypass, overload, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, the moderation queue, storage, or rankings.

The beta records the date and current policy version when you confirm adult eligibility and accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Material policy revisions may require a new acceptance before participation resumes.

Fitness information

Plans, posts, images, examples, check-ins, and discussions are educational fitness information—not diagnosis, treatment, emergency service, or a promise of results. Community stats are self-reported and are not independently verified. Use appropriate judgment, honor medical restrictions, and seek a qualified professional for individualized medical care.

Private training and seven-day reset

The member dashboard records four optional daily practice checkmarks during a seven-day window. Workout or recovery are both valid choices. The tracker is a private consistency aid, not a clinical record, medical monitor, attendance verification system, or promise of results.

Dashboard checkmarks do not create public leaderboard points and are not changed by a purchase. Members should mark only what is accurate, follow current medical restrictions, and choose recovery whenever training is not appropriate. An open day carries no penalty or cash value.

My Training can schedule sessions, record exercises and sets, run a local rest timer, and calculate personal volume or estimated one-repetition maximums. These are planning aids and estimates, not verified performance, medical monitoring, or a reason to attempt a true maximum. Set logs and estimated bests remain private unless a future sharing control clearly says otherwise.

You may choose to import a supported TrainHeroic personal-data ZIP to create a private historical archive. The raw ZIP is parsed locally in your browser and is not uploaded or retained by Built by Grace. The importer uses training_data.csv and, only with your separate opt-in, readiness_survey_data.csv. It excludes sent messages, user-profile information, and nutrition files from the Built by Grace import.

Imported exercises, workout blocks, and program-like cycles are derived from your personal session history and are labeled imported or inferred. They are not a representation of TrainHeroic's complete library, an active team, coach authorization, or ownership of a coach's original programming. You may import only an export you are authorized to use. Imported archive records and optional readiness responses remain private and are removed when you delete that archive or your Built by Grace profile.

You can schedule an imported session for your own private use. Making a sanitized copy public is a separate action. You must identify the source, credit the actual coach only when supported, and confirm that you have the permission or other rights needed to publish the programming. Credit by itself is not permission. Built by Grace may remove or disable a shared copy when attribution, permission, safety, or ownership is disputed.

Coach Studio

Coach Studio is a private beta collaboration tool, not an employment agency, credential-verification service, medical platform, emergency channel, or promise of coaching results. Space owners are responsible for their identity, qualifications, programming, communications, member relationships, and lawful use of uploaded or written content. Members should join only a space they recognize and may leave at any time.

Activating private coaching records a separate adult confirmation and acceptance of these coaching boundaries. A public community identity is not required. Publicly publishing coach-created content remains optional and is subject to the current community and content-rights terms.

Joining grants access only to the shared workspace. Completed My Training summaries stay off until the member separately enables progress sharing and are then limited to the displayed sharing date or later; that permission can be revoked. The space may also contain assigned-program status, messages, and review clips deliberately shared there. Membership does not grant access to your imported TrainHeroic archive, readiness responses, another coaching space, ChatGPT account, payment accounts, or device. Chats are private to authorized space participants but are not end-to-end encrypted; do not use them for emergencies, medical records, passwords, or payment credentials.

Leaving or removal deletes that membership's assignments and review records, but messages already sent remain visible inside the space until the author deletes their Built by Grace profile or the owner deletes the space. A review clip that is unlinked from Coach Studio remains in the uploading member's private media records until that member separately deletes the media or account. Deleting an owned space removes its shared messages, assignments, library, review metadata and feedback, and draft offers for every participant.

Manual invites are hashed, limited, expiring, and revocable. Imported coach or team labels never create membership. Browser message alerts work only after permission is granted and while the application is running. Automatic invitation email, closed-app push delivery, managed long-video hosting, and marketplace entitlements are not connected in this beta.

A coach may save a draft payment plan or publish a link hosted by Stripe, PayPal Business, or Square after confirming that the business account and active link belong to the coach and that the displayed price, currency, billing frequency, trial, cancellation, refund, and checkout terms are accurate. Built by Grace does not independently verify that claim. The selected provider collects payment information and controls the actual price and checkout terms. Built by Grace does not currently confirm payment, provision access after purchase, calculate taxes, issue refunds, collect a platform fee, resolve disputes, or pay coaches. Those actions require an approved provider marketplace integration and signed webhooks, such as Stripe Connect, PayPal Commerce Platform, or Square APIs.

Concept Apparel Archive and coach-owned payment links

Built by Grace fitness tools, workout plans, competitions, music discovery, and community access do not require a Built by Grace app payment. The Concept Apparel Archive presents design ideas for review only. Nothing in the archive is currently for sale, and any displayed amount is a planning estimate—not a final amount, quote, reservation, or promise of future availability.

Optional coach training is separate from the apparel archive and may use a verified Stripe, PayPal Business, or Square checkout link controlled by that coach. Review the coach's price, billing frequency, cancellation terms, and refund terms on the provider page. Built by Grace does not collect card numbers or bank details inside the app. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow a seller or service provider to limit.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you lawfully create. By posting, you give Built by Grace a limited permission to store, display, transmit, resize or container- sanitize, and moderate that content only as needed to operate and protect the community. You confirm that you have permission to share the content and that it follows the Community Guidelines.

The avatar creator and banner studio use original Built by Grace presets. Preset selections are cosmetic, do not prove an achievement, and never change workout or competition results. You may keep the custom appearance private; public visitors then receive neutral fallback art. Alternative text should describe the selected appearance without including private or harmful content. Custom profile-picture and banner uploads are not accepted by this preset studio unless a separately moderated upload workflow is made available.

A post or story may include at most one supported image. Exact signed-in accounts approved for the server-configured short-video beta may instead attach one supported MP4 video. Supported media publishes after technical file checks and may later be removed or restored through human moderation. You grant the limited operational license above for as long as the content remains in active or moderation-evidence storage.

You also confirm that you have the rights needed for any audio already inside an uploaded video. An optional Spotify soundtrack is a separate link and user-initiated player beside the video; Built by Grace does not copy, download, mix, or synchronize Spotify audio with your upload. Spotify's own terms apply when a visitor loads or opens that player.

The SiriusXM station guide and optional profile picks are external links to SiriusXM's official service—not audio hosted, embedded, rebroadcast, resold, or shared by Built by Grace. Each listener is responsible for their own SiriusXM access and must follow SiriusXM's terms, plan limits, and content availability. Never post or share SiriusXM passwords, billing information, cookies, tokens, or account-session links.

Moderation and rankings

Members may report posts, stories, individual comments, or profiles and block other members. Reports are reviewed by a person and never cause automatic punishment based only on volume. Moderators may keep, remove, or restore content; suspend an account temporarily; ban it; or restore access. Knowingly abusive reporting may result in a temporary reporting restriction. Moderation actions and reasons may be retained for safety and accountability. Blocking filters both members from each other's signed-in Grace Circle feeds, stories, and interactions; it does not erase existing content or make a public profile URL private. One self-reported check-in per day earns one consistency point; a ranking is motivational only and carries no cash value, medical meaning, or proof that a workout occurred.

Grace Arena competitions require explicit participant opt-in. Competition standings are motivational and use aggregate consistency, assignment, progress, or original quest points from completed Built by Grace sessions. They are not a medical assessment, official sport result, gambling product, or reason to ignore pain, fatigue, technique breakdown, recovery needs, or professional advice. Larger teams are normalized by available roster slots, and deterministic ties do not use body weight or private training values. Public seasonal competitions are not listed until human approval. Members may privately report unsafe, misleading, harassing, or suspicious competition rules; a report is a request for review and does not automatically punish anyone.

Beta availability

The beta may contain errors, change without notice, or become temporarily unavailable. Features are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Apparel, coach services, and third-party services may have separate terms.

Leaving the beta

You may delete your Built by Grace application data, including private reset, training, and imported training archive records, using the signed-in profile controls or the public account-deletion instructions. Review the Privacy notice for the current export, deletion, storage, and contact process.
