Delete your Built by Grace data

You do not need the installed phone app to delete your data. Open this page in any supported browser, sign in with the same account, and use the control below.

What is deleted

Your active Built by Grace profile—including its saved avatar and banner presets, banner crop, alternative text, appearance privacy setting, profile details, and approved SiriusXM station picks—plus posts, comments, stories, reactions, story views, reports, blocks, workout check-ins, private seven-day reset and training records, imported training archive metadata, historical sessions, derived exercises/blocks/programs, optional readiness records, sanitized workout copies you published, competitions you own, your competition participation and aggregate score evidence, Coach Studio spaces you own, memberships, authored messages, assignments, review records, coach payment links, and stored community photos/videos are removed from active application storage. Owned competitions, spaces, and memberships are linked to your profile with cascade deletion. Deleting a competition or space you own also removes its shared roster, aggregate standings, messages, assignments, coach library, review metadata and feedback, and payment-link records for all participants. Other members' Built by Grace accounts remain, but they lose access to that competition or space. Your underlying ChatGPT account and any separate Shopify, Spotify, TrainHeroic, SiriusXM, Etsy, Upwork, Stripe, PayPal, or Square accounts are not deleted.

Imported TrainHeroic files

The raw TrainHeroic ZIP is opened locally in your browser and is not uploaded or retained by Built by Grace. The importer excludes sent messages, user-profile information, and nutrition files. Readiness responses are included only when you opt in. Because the original ZIP is never retained, deletion applies to the private derived archive stored in Built by Grace—not the copy of the ZIP that remains on your own device.

What may remain

Limited hosting security logs, backups, scrubbed moderation history, and a keyed one-way identity enforcement token may be retained for fraud, safety, legal compliance, or abuse prevention when there is a permanent ban, an unexpired suspension, confirmed abusive-report history, or an active reporting restriction. The token prevents deletion/recreation from bypassing an active safety action and is never displayed publicly. A moderator can lift a ban or suspension after a verified appeal; confirmed report-abuse history may remain. Browser-only Spotify and SiriusXM station favorites can be removed by clearing this site's browser data.

Sign in to verify ownership

Deletion requires the same sign-in used for Grace Circle so another person cannot erase your records.
