The app shell and a limited copy of your current workout can stay on this device so set logging and the rest timer survive a temporary connection loss. Private workout records never enter the shared Cache Storage, and community media, account pages, authentication, and server APIs still require a connection.

Is this different from the website?

No. It is the same Built by Grace account and training experience in a focused app window. Improvements become available automatically.

Will music keep playing when I leave the app?

Spotify controls its playback behavior. SiriusXM stations open in SiriusXM's official app or web player using each listener's own access. Built by Grace does not force autoplay, rebroadcast radio, or receive SiriusXM account information.

Can I uninstall it?

Yes. Press and hold the Built by Grace icon and choose uninstall or remove, just like any other home-screen app. Your account is not deleted when the icon is removed.

Why do I not see the Install button?

Use Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone, avoid private browsing, and make sure the site is open directly rather than inside another app's mini browser.
